Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Daxton AI. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Daxton AI offers several membership plans, described on our Pricing and Founding Access pages. The price and terms shown to you at checkout are the ones that apply to your membership.

Founder membership is limited to the first 500 Vault Keys, and Co-Founder membership is limited to the first 1,000 Vault Keys, awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Starting checkout holds a Vault Key for 15 minutes; if checkout is not completed in that time, the hold is released.

Founder and Co-Founder membership carry a locked-in membership rate: your price stays locked for as long as your membership remains continuously active. If you switch from a Founder or Co-Founder plan to a different plan, you give up your locked-in rate, and switching back to a founding tier later does not restore it.

Vault Key availability is limited by the quantities above. Once a tier reaches capacity, it is no longer available to new members; check the Founding Access page for current availability.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the price shown to you at checkout, and renew automatically each month until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; Daxton AI does not receive or store your full card details.

You may cancel your membership at any time from Settings → Manage Billing. Cancellation ends your membership when your subscription actually terminates; you retain access through the end of your current paid billing period.

If a payment fails, Stripe will attempt to process it again. We do not treat a single failed payment as an immediate cancellation of your membership. Continued non-payment may eventually result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.

We do not offer an automatic refund window. Billing errors and exceptional refund requests are reviewed and handled case by case, subject to applicable law.

Enterprise plans are custom-priced and arranged directly with our team; see Pricing to get in touch. Enterprise terms may differ from these Terms where agreed in writing.

You agree not to use Daxton AI for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, to harass or harm any person, or to attempt to circumvent the security or access controls of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Where reasonably possible, we will attempt to notify you first.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Daxton AI after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
